The Royal Aero Club archives are of national and international importance to the history of flight and an important starting point for research into aviation in the United Kingdom. Therefore, the Royal Aero Club Trust has taken steps to ensure that these archives, comprising written, printed and photographic items, are safeguarded for the benefit and enjoyment of future generations.
To unlock their research potential and to make the information from the archives more accessible to anyone - at work, school, college and home - from anywhere in the world the 900-plus files of the archives now need to be indexed
In the meantime it has been decided to publish the basic listing of the contents of the 900-plus files. We hope that this transitional measure will immediately provide researchers and the public with the means of conducting further searches through access to documents.Search Back to Papers
